About Irka "Iron" Pawlowski

I’m Irka Pawlowski—most people call me “Iron.” The nickname stuck because I’ve spent over two decades helping businesses hold their shape under pressure.

 

I’ve worked across marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience, usually stepping in when things get complex, messy, or misaligned.

 

My background spans sectors like tech, finance, EdTech, and SaaS, with a focus on solving real problems and making and IMPLEMENTING strategies stick.

IRONLABS is where I bring those lessons together. It’s built on the belief that transformation doesn’t have to be chaotic—and that people, not just processes, are the real engine of change.

 

I help organizations scale by making their operations clearer, their systems smarter, and their teams stronger. That includes everything from designing SOPs and implementing AI & automation, to building cross-functional alignment and embedding accountability without overcomplicating the work.
